Review Review- Is Legit or Scam?

The review shows that this is NOT an auction site. It does on occasion hold an online auction but for the most part this website offers a service of supplying you with information about foreclosures. Information that I may add you can get for free from your local county court house although it can be a big hassle. Another choice for finding a deal on foreclosed property online is so you may want to check them out also. Site review scamThis website is a subscription website. It is an automatic renewal site which means that if you forget to cancel your subscription than you will be continuously be charged until you do terminate the agreement. The cost is $9.95 per week to belong to this site.

The reviews show that there is a free trial period of 7 days but the free trial will cost you $2. Sure $2 is not a lot of money but it is not free either. If you do not cancel on the 6th day than your fees will start coming out of the debit or credit card that you used to register with.

What Do You Get For Your Ten Bucks?

The review shows that this site will provide you with access to their data base that lists all current foreclosures in your area and as many other areas you care to check into. This can be quite a bit of information and admittedly it would take you weeks and weeks to compile on your own.

You also have access to their tutorials that can be a great help if you are new to how the foreclosure auctions work. This can be very valuable information for the first time buyers but this site is certainly not without flaws.

Too Much Info

This site is like a circus of information. You almost feel bedazzled into not paying attention to what is really going on, on the site which is really not a lot. Sure you get access to the data that is supposed to be up to date but according to some reviewers the information they got was not only not up to date but was completely wrong.

There are a lot of options for finding other like sites. It is just one big sales pitch and uncovering the information underneath it all can be difficult. What really bugs me though is that automatic renewal. It is a risky business those automatic renewals.

There are horror stories floating around the web not specifically about this site but in general regarding these automatic renewal options.

If you are an average consumer looking to purchase a home through foreclosure just go down to your county court house and check out the list of the homes that are up for grabs and show up on auction day. If you are a broker or an investor than this site may be worth the investment to gather as many available properties as possible in one sitting.

Overall, the reviews show this to be a legit site and not a scam, however a more popular choice seems to be for finding deals online.
